Overall client consultancy for the establishment of the Troldebakkerne urban development area in Gribskov Municipality, where AH Engineering served as the interdisciplinary project leader in collaboration with COWI. The first phase involved determining overall technical construction requirements based on the existing construction program from Gribskov Municipality for the entire future building preparation area, followed by the development of a sketch project and associated construction economics. The second phase included the preparation of tender material, bidding, and contract negotiations with construction contractors for the construction of road and drainage structures. In this context, AH Engineering monitored execution, quality, and economics. The third phase consists of client advisory in subsequent expansion phases, where AH Engineering comments on incoming designs for the sub-area to ensure compliance with established conditions.
